Bo Harman, a Laguna Beach native, spent 8 years as an Ocean Lifeguard and Junior Lifeguard Instructor for the City of Laguna Beach. He went on to create "Do it for the Kids", where he and a buddy raised $10,000 for Children's Cancer Research by Stand Up Paddling the Catalina Channel. An avid waterman, and graduate of The University of Southern California, he looks forward to teaching swimming here at the club.

Allison has been swimming competitively since the age of 4 in Arkansas and competed in district championships and at the 2013 Junior Olympics. She has also worked as a lifeguard for the last 6 years. She also has been teaching and coaching swimmers for the last 7 years. She teaches from ages 6 months and up with experience in triathlon training and coaching adult swim clubs. Allison also graduated Arkansas State University with a degree in Nutrition & Dietetics with honors distinction and Magna Cum Laude practicing since 2020. Currently, Allison works as a registered dietitian at 3 OC hospitals. She currently works in the ICU and outpatients with counseling patients of various disease states such as cardiac disease, diabetes, renal, and pediatric nutrition.
